CCJ Searches

RobberPayment defaulters, following Court action, attract "County Court Judgements" (CCJ's) (in Scotland these are known as "Decrees"). The register of CCJ's is available publicly. A search of the register can be made via our computer stations during all working hours, and this information relayed to credit account holding clients within minutes of the enquiry.

Please remember, it is the address that is searched not the individual in whom you are interested. CCJ's attach firstly to the address, from returned data you are able to establish the name of the defaulter, the Court in which the judgement(s) was registered, the judgement date(s) and the amount of the judgement(s). Some judgement searches are returned negative (no judgement(s)), the fee for a negative return is the same as a positive return. the same procedure having been followed.
